Order Cancellation
- Customers have the right to cancel any order, but they will not be eligible for a refund if the cancellation occurs after the order has been accepted by the app, except in cases where the cancellation is due to negligence or a breach by the app or supplier.
- An order is defined as any request made through the app from a restaurant, café, juice shop, gift shop, or similar establishments.
Failure to Deliver the Order
- If DeliFast is unable to deliver the order due to actions, inactions, negligence, or oversight by the customer, DeliFast reserves the right to cancel the order without any refund.
